What happens in the event of a dispute over work product or pay?

In these rare cases, SpareHire will attempt to assist in resolving the dispute. Both the Pro and Organization should send the executed consulting agreement, all written communications, work product, and a brief description of the issue to admin@sparehire.com and we will do our best to help resolve the conflict.

We highly encourage Pros and Organizations to follow our best practices to minimize the chance of a dispute.

If a Pro and Organization start working before the Organization officially hires the Pro via SpareHire, we will not be able to assist with dispute resolution.
