M&A Support
Private Equity fund (part of a family office) looking for M&A/Investment Banking professionals to support its transaction identification and sourcing strategies. Primary assignment is to leverage applicants' own existing professional network (for example, sell-side investment banking/advisory relationships) to introduce the firm as a potential buyer in exiting B2B software company sale processes. The assignment does not require any work beyond initial introduction.

*Project fees are paid 100% on a success basis. A $50,000 success fee will be paid via SpareHire per deal closed - $37,500 going to candidate and $12,500 going to SpareHire.

Prerequisites

1-5 years professional experience
Ideal Candidate
Investment banking M&A experience and/or strong network with mid-market and boutique investment banks or sell-side advisors. B2B software industry understanding/experience is a plus, but not required.

Private equity fund (part of a family office) specializing in buying, strengthening, and running B2B software companies. The firm has global presence, with its headquarters in Austin TX. The fund currently owns and operates over 60 B2B software companies, and is highly acquisitive (15 acquisitions in 2017, target over 35 acquisitions in 2018, and an increasing amount in 2019 and beyond).
