Looking for an experienced consultant to help our family owned and operated business create a governance structure and family constitution to dictate guidelines for the current and future generations. This food manufacturing and distribution company has been in business for 30+ years. Founder (G1) and his six children (G2) operate the business. Looking for succession planning protocols, BOD guidelines, family member compensation guidelines, exit strategy for the owners when appropriate, incorporation of G3 and more. While we already have an estate plan in place and a preliminary protocol document, we need help finalizing the document and implementing its parts (family council, family assembly, BOD, etc).

The process will likely be kicked off by interviews with all family members, so we are looking for someone experienced in primary research who has an understanding of how family businesses are best run.
