Position: The firm is looking for an experienced investment banking analyst/associate to support senior bankers.
Sell-side investment banking assignments -- write memoranda, build financial models, identify potential buyers, help manage the M&A and due diligence process, and drive successful deals.
Buy-side investment banking assignments -- identify acquisition candidates that fit the buyers' strategy, qualify potential targets, build financial models, help manage the M&A and due diligence process, and drive successful deals.
Can lead to full time position.

Prerequisites
1-5 years professional experience

Investment banking M&A experience at boutique/bulge bracket bank. Solid understanding of financial statements, capital structures, & valuation techniques. Strong verbal & written/communication skills
