About The Work

Sales Strategy
Looking for an experienced sales consultant to provided an organizational analysis of a newly acquired, medium-sized (400-500 people) company for one of our larger clients. Will need an overview of their go-to-market strategy, sales process, buyer journey, salesforce use, etc. in order to give us a sense for how to best integrate their teams and optimize sales.

Role will include primary research (interviews with sales reps/managers/engineers) and the deliverable will need to provide insight into 3 areas: what the state of their sales org is now, quick ways to improve, and a roadmap for future optimization.

This is an urgent need, and the role will require some travel.
