We are a lower-middle market investment firm in need of a part-time CFO for a lower middle market manufacturing business to help oversee the key weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting processes that the Controller and staff accountant are processing today. Key activities are the review of the cycle count process, inventory adjustment entries, monthly closing/accrual entries, and quarterly physical inventory count processes. Also need for assistance with quarterly credit reporting to the Company's lender.
We are in need of a proven interim controller to be responsible for the accounting operations of the agency, reporting to the CFO/COO. The individual will handle the productior of periodic financial reports, maintain an appropriate system of the accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, and ensure the accuracy of the agency's reported monthly and annual financial results in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. The position is also responsible for proper cash management and risk management, general ledger reconciliations, year-end audit preparation, quarterly income tax estimated payments, quarterly and annual income tax provision completion, financial reporting, payroll and the support of budget and forecast activities. You will also lead and manage staff to ensure work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Role is on-site in St. Louis or Dallas, but preferably St. Louis.

We have mature technology and have integrated with blockchain to provide a unique data orchestration solution. While the technology platform is mature the strategy and plan are formative.
